Description:
The Bachelor's program in Agricultural Products Storage and Processing Technology is focused on the science and agricultural production sectors, aiming to improve the efficient use of existing resources in the preparation, storage, and initial processing of fruits, grapes, and vegetables. This program includes methods and technologies for optimizing the storage, processing, and quality enhancement of agricultural products. It also involves the effective use of technical tools and processes for the efficient and resource-saving handling of agricultural products. Upon completion, graduates will be able to work in agricultural service sectors, teaching farmers and representatives of agricultural enterprises new knowledge related to storage and processing, designing storage facilities and processing plants, and organizing efficient production of primary agricultural products.
