About the university

According to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ–23 dated January 24, 2025, Namangan Engineering-Construction Institute, Namangan Engineering-Technology Institute, and Namangan Textile Industry Institute were merged to establish Namangan State Technical University. It is one of Uzbekistan’s leading technical higher education institutions. Today, the university has become a center for science, innovation, and international cooperation.

For international students

At Namangan State Technical University, we warmly welcome students from around the globe and strive to create a supportive and enriching environment. Our commitment to international students includes the following key conditions and support systems:

Admission Requirements: Foreign students are required to submit valid academic transcripts, a completed application form, and proof of English or Uzbek language proficiency. We also assist students with the visa application process by providing the necessary documentation to facilitate their stay in Uzbekistan.

Language Support: To help foreign students adapt, we offer language courses in English and Uzbek. Additionally, personalized tutoring services are available to assist with coursework and improve language skills.

Accommodation: We provide comfortable and affordable on-campus housing options that foster a sense of community among international students. Our administrative staff is also ready to assist students in finding suitable off-campus housing if desired.

Scholarships: Currently, no scholarships are available for international students. All international applicants are expected to cover their tuition and living expenses independently.
