The admission of foreign citizens to higher education institutions in Uzbekistan is carried out through the “Study in Uzbekistan”. To apply, a foreign citizen registers on the platform, selects an educational program and a university, and then submits an application.
To register, visit the “Sudy in Uzbekistan ” platform and open the registration “page”.
During registration, you must upload a recent personal photo and provide your surname, first name, gender, date of birth, citizenship, an electronic copy of your passport, email address, and phone number. You should also select your current education level (for example, high school graduate, college graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or master’s degree holder), enter the name of your educational institution, the country where it is located, the year of enrollment and graduation, and upload a certified copy of your educational certificate or diploma.
You may also provide information about your language proficiency and language certificate (if available), upload a motivation letter, create a password, and confirm it. After that, accept the platform’s terms of use and complete the registration process.
In the next step, a verification code will be sent to your email address. By entering this code, you will activate your account. Once your account is activated, you can apply to all higher education institutions in Uzbekistan.

STD. Student Entry Visa (for temporary study under inter-university exchange programs) is issued for up to one year to foreign students undertaking short-term studies at higher education institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan (under inter-university exchange programs or temporary educational cooperation between higher education institutions). The visa is processed upon the request of educational institutions, ministries, agencies, and organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan that have educational institutions under their authority.
