A Republican Scientific and Practical Conference was held
A Republican Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic “Inclusive Education: Practical Experiences and Modern Approaches” was held at the Department of Special Pedagogy of Kokand State University.
The conference was held with the aim of developing the inclusive education system, discussing modern approaches to teaching and educating children with special educational needs, promoting advanced experiences in the field, and broadly engaging young researchers in scientific activities.
The event was actively attended by professors and teachers from higher education institutions across the republic, young scholars, doctoral candidates, master’s students, independent researchers, and university students.
During the plenary session of the conference, Sharifjon Pulatov, Vice-Rector of Kokand State University, officially opened the event with welcoming remarks and congratulated the participants. In his speech, the Vice-Rector particularly emphasized that studying international experiences, adapting modern pedagogical approaches to the national education system, and improving the quality of inclusive education are among today’s urgent priorities. He also highlighted the university’s goals of becoming one of the internationally recognized higher education institutions and preparing highly qualified specialists in the field of pedagogy.
At the sectional sessions, more than ten scientific reports were presented, and the research works of doctoral candidates, master’s students, and talented young students were discussed. The authors of the best presentations were duly recognized by the conference organizers.
At the conclusion of the conference, important proposals and recommendations were developed to improve the inclusive education system, broadly involve talented students in promising scientific projects, introduce modern pedagogical technologies into the educational process, and further develop scientific clubs and research groups. Agreements were also reached on strengthening cooperation between higher education institutions and industrial enterprises, as well as expanding the teaching of specialized subjects through interactive methods.
