Tashkent State Medical University Termiz Branch
The Tashkent State Medical University Termiz Branch was established based on the instruction of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, during his visit to Surkhandarya region on January 19–20, 2018, and in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 172 dated March 5, 2018.
The main academic buildings are located in a single campus area. Additionally, around 20 clinical departments are based in state and private medical institutions in Termez and nearby regions. Education is conducted in two shifts, fully covering student capacity. The campus has two main buildings with a total capacity of 3,500 seats.
In the 2025–2026 academic year, the branch operates 4 faculties and 19 departments, 11 of which are clinical. There are 7 bachelor programs and 34 clinical residency specialties, with 412 students enrolled in residency programs. Undergraduate enrollment includes 230 first-year, 175 second-year, and 7 third-year students.

The curricula and syllabi for 2025–2026 were approved at the branch council meeting held on August 31, 2025.
A joint education program “4+2” was signed in 2021–2022 with Privolzhsky Research Medical University (Russia). Currently, 75 students study in this program. Additionally, a “3+3” joint program has been launched with Kazan Federal University (Russia), ranked among the TOP 500 universities worldwide.
The branch employs 671 academic staff members, including 40 with scientific degrees and 8 professors. Scientific potential is 38.5%.
Modern laboratories in medical chemistry, biochemistry, histology, physiology, and microbiology have been established. The Information Resource Center provides free internet and video conferencing facilities.
Modern ICT infrastructure includes 50 smart boards, 4 projectors, and 474 computers connected to a 700 Mbps corporate internet network.
The main academic building accommodates 3,500 seats, with 2,500 classrooms equipped with audio-video systems.
The library contains 20,534 titles and 1,100 electronic books. The reading hall has 205 seats and operates in two shifts. QR-code book systems and the electronic library portal (library.ttatf.uz) have been introduced.
Average daily library attendance is about 350 users. The library provides electronic services and access via web and Telegram platforms. Foreign literature (39 titles) has been purchased, and GEOTAR-MEDIA database is actively used.
Between 2020–2023, 16 textbooks and monographs were published by 26 professors. For 2023–2024, 2,270 copies of academic literature were added.

Ayni paytda ularning soni 200 ta bo‘lib, ulardan 187 tasi Hindiston Respublikasi, 8 tasi Tojikiston Respublikasi, 5 tasi Afg‘oniston Respublikasi filiallaridir.
These students are accommodated in student residences number 1 of the branch.
Student residence No. 1 is located at 64 I. Karimov Street.
All conditions for foreign students are created in the student accommodation, and this TTJ is brought up to the level of modern requirements.
“Spirituality and Enlightenment” rooms in branch student residences are equipped at a high level, with hard and soft furniture and carpets.
Branches of the branch library have been established in student residences and are enriched with more than 1000 relevant literature. All students living in student residences are members of these libraries.
Televisions are placed on all floors and all rooms are equipped with new soft furniture for cultural entertainment of students. There are student washrooms on all floors with hot water. Modern heating systems have been installed to provide regular heat. Students are provided with the latest computers for studying in their residences, connected to the Internet via high-speed WI-FI.

Knowledge about the priorities of children's careers or academic mobility
In 2026, the Children's University of Today discussed the work of developing cooperation, the Association for Improving the Quality Standards of Children's Education, the Expansion of Academic Mobilization of Professors and Youth, as well as the consolidation of cooperation in the social sciences.
In order to expand, the branch of children's education today thanks the leading and prestigious universities of the world in accordance with the memorandum of understanding and the terms of cooperation applied to children's programs. In this modern world, scientists, scientists, innovations, academic innovations, scientific traditions and scientific moments were praised, and directed towards the development of scientific knowledge.
According to the branch, 26 students were appointed professors. Teachers trained by students and teachers organized seminars, master classes, workshops and trainings. Specialization of the Dorji, the study of scientific and practical techniques, specialized in science.
According to the department, the branch includes 22 projects of professors and teachers in the field of government trips, youth conferences, ministerial courses, internships and scientific development projects. Within the framework of the rules of academic mobility, 26 student education, oil training seminars, training, internships and short-term academic cars have been established. At the moment, the number of foreign professors and teachers at the level of the second faculty of the faculty is 7. Innovations in preventive health education, childhood standards related to higher education, improvement of clinical outcomes and educational technologies are currently being developed and disseminated in our society.
In September 2026, the 5th branch of the Russian Federation Economic Programs will be held at the Russian Federation University (RUDN) for the 1st semester of the Academic Mobile Development Association of the Russian Federation. This program is designed to develop students' scientific knowledge in the field of international education, educational experience organizations and organizations until we understand the development of.
Also, the 3rd branch professor, Japan, Juntendo University, Doctorate in Applied Mindfulness Technologies in Life Sciences and Music. The characteristics of this cooperation scientific protocol are excellent, international scientific positions are important, and innovation is used to invest in the most important business opportunities.
Since 2024, the faculty of the branch has been purchased by the German Federal Agency for International Development (GIZ). This constitution is based on the fact that medical training simulation technologies are currently strong, practical applications have been developed due to teaching experiences compared to previous research.
In addition, the University of Business and Society, Ludwigshafen University, Germany, would like to thank the “Higher Nursing” and “Obstetrics” Departments for their participation in the constitutional development of the “Chichise Hamda” University. This cooperation is related to the modernization of the medical education constitutions of obstetric standards and resuscitation science.
According to the department, the Privolzhsky Research Medical University (PIMU) is currently conducting a survey among 109 students from the district. 41 of these joint constitutions for students to obtain a diploma, the Association of Children's Education Standards and the joint development of modern clinical experience and educational opportunities.
In 2025, the IV program of the Federal University of the Russian Federation at the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University (QS TOP-400) will be implemented in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan. In particular, the undergraduate students of "Medicine" 3 + 3 students (vote - 30 students) due to the residency research, "Uz-jaw surgery" and "Otolaryngology" students (5 students + 1 student quota) formed the constitution of the country. The Termiz branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy was established on the basis of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 172 dated March 5, 2018 based on the order given by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. done
The capacity of students in two shifts of teaching is fully covered. The capacity of 2 educational buildings located on the territory of the branch is 950 places.
In the 2023-2024 academic year, the branch will have 4 faculties and 19 departments, 11 of which are clinical (specialty) departments. 3,760 students are studying at the branch in 5 undergraduate courses and 20 clinical residency specialties. There are 3,629 full-time students in undergraduate education, and 131 in clinical residency specialties.

The Joint Education Faculty of the Termiz Branch of Tashkent Medical Academy was established in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 421 dated July 6, 2021, “On approval of the regulation on organizing educational activities based on joint education programs of Uzbekistan and foreign partner higher education institutions.”
This faculty was formed on the basis of the “Joint Education Program Department” and is the youngest faculty of the branch, as well as the only faculty operating under joint programs.
It provides students with a unique opportunity to study in one of the highest-level higher education institutions in the region, connecting Uzbekistan with South and Central Asia and Eastern Europe.
The faculty includes 26 academic departments with contracts with fundamental science departments and clinical hospital bases. It ensures high-quality education and practical training for students.
