Established in 2020 under the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 4041 dated November 30, 2018, Ajou University in Tashkent is quickly gaining a reputation as a leader among foreign universities in the country.

The admission of applicants to the University and the certification of graduates are carried out in accordance with the requirements, procedures, and timelines set by the main Ajou University (Republic of Korea) in coordination with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Graduates of the University are awarded diplomas issued by the main Ajou University (Republic of Korea), which are recognized as higher education documents in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Special Admission Procedure
• No entrance exams required — admission is based on an interview conducted in English.
Dormitory Accommodation
• International students are provided with dormitory housing.
• The university offers two modern dormitory buildings equipped with all the necessary amenities: internet, kitchens, recreation areas, and a security system.
Modern Dining Facilities for Students
4 modern dining halls on campus serve healthy and diverse meals:
• Uzbek Cafeteria (1) – serves only traditional Uzbek cuisine.
• Uzbek Cafeteria (2) – offers a wide variety of Uzbek and European dishes.
• Korean Cafeteria – provides authentic Korean food.
• Summer Korean Cafeteria – located on the second floor, open-air and spacious. It offers a great view of the campus and is a favorite spot for students to relax.
English-Medium Instruction
• All academic programs are conducted entirely in English, making the learning environment accessible and inclusive for international students.
Library Services
• The university library is open daily from 08:00 to 23:00.
• The collection includes academic, scientific, cultural, and literary books.
• Resources are available in four languages: English, Korean, Russian, and Uzbek.
