Afrasiab University

Afrasiab University was established in 2022 and has rapidly developed into a modern higher education institution committed to academic excellence, innovation, and internationalization. Originally founded as the Institute of Social and Political Sciences, the University underwent a strategic transformation to reflect its expanding academic scope, broader educational mission, and growing international partnerships.

The transition to Afrasiab University reflects the institution's expanded academic mission, growing international partnerships, and long-term vision of becoming a comprehensive, globally connected university. Today, Afrasiab University offers 18 bachelor's and 7 master's degree programs, combining strong theoretical knowledge with practical, career-oriented education.

The University is dedicated to providing a student-centered learning environment, promoting research, innovation, and international cooperation while preparing graduates for successful careers in a rapidly changing global society. Afrasiab University operates under a state license in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Conditions created for foreign students

The Institute of Social and Political Sciences pays special attention to creating a comfortable and modern educational environment for foreign students. The institute has established special services for accepting foreign students, organizing admission processes, processing documents and providing assistance during the adaptation period.

Students have access to modern classrooms, an information resource center, electronic learning platforms and high-speed Internet. Also, a mentoring system, spiritual and educational events, cultural meetings and opportunities to participate in various scientific projects have been created for foreign students to quickly adapt to academic and social life.

Currently, the Institute of Social and Political Sciences has successfully signed agreements with many international universities. In particular, relations have been established with countries such as Malaysia, the USA, China, Indonesia, and Kazakhstan.
