About the programme
Labor law (master's degree) is a master's degree specialty aimed at training highly qualified specialists in the legal regulation of labor relations, protection of the rights and interests of employees and employers, and improvement of labor legislation.
In this specialty, master's students study in depth the theory of labor law, legal regulation of labor relations, international labor standards, social security law, resolution of labor disputes, employment policy, and scientific research methodology. During the training process, skills in applying labor law, analyzing legal documents, and finding solutions to labor problems are developed.
Theoretical knowledge is combined with scientific and practical research, and master's students are formed with the competencies to conduct legal expertise, conduct scientific research on labor relations, and conduct pedagogical activities in higher educational institutions.
Graduates can work in judicial bodies, the bar, the prosecutor's office, state administration bodies, legal departments of enterprises and organizations, trade unions, and research institutions.
