About the programme

This master's program is designed to provide graduate students with theoretical foundations and practical skills related to managing musical ensembles. The course explores the trends and prospects of the field, its historical development from inception to present day, types of artistic and musical ensembles active in the Republic of Uzbekistan, methods of working with ensemble members, management techniques and styles, strategies for forming repertoire, and their application in real-world practice.

To achieve these goals, students engage in methodical and creative approaches to ensemble performance and leadership.

  • Duration: 4 semesters (2 years)

  • Total Credits: 120

  • Total Classroom Hours: 900 hours

  • Research Work and Master’s Thesis: 1080 hours

  • Scientific-Pedagogical Work: 420 hours

  • Scientific Internship: 300 hours
