At the opening ceremony of the event, Bakhtiyor Adilov, Deputy Khokim of Bukhara Region for Youth Policy, Social Development and Spiritual-Educational Affairs, Sadoqat Siddiqova, Rector of Bukhara State Technical University, and Elmurod Khoshimov, head of the "Step into the Future" project, delivered speeches and shared their heartfelt wishes with the youth.
