The next stage of continuous professional development training seminars aimed at enhancing pedagogical skills has been completed at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.
During the three-day seminars held with the participation of renowned expert trainer Professor Ravshan Jurayevich Ishmukhammedov, modern pedagogical technologies were delivered to participants in a clear and impactful manner.
The sessions focused on improving the quality of education, applying innovative and interactive methods, and developing teachers’ professional competence and creative approaches.
Throughout the seminars, topics such as the application of pedagogical technologies in the educational process, interactive learning, problem-based teaching, and pedagogical innovations were discussed.
As a result of the seminar, 34 actively participating faculty members were selected as mentors. At the next stage, they will continue the training and promote best practices within their departments.
Although the current stage of the seminars has concluded, the process will continue. At the university, Saturdays have been designated as “Continuous Professional Development Day.”
Leading, experienced, and well-known experts from across the country take part in the training seminars, conducting practical sessions for faculty members.
