The NamSTU delegation held negotiations regarding an international investment project.

The Rector of Namangan State Technical University, Professor Oybek Ergashev, and Professor Zokirjon Erkinov from the Faculty of Textile Industry Engineering are on a practical visit to the People's Republic of China. Within the framework of the visit, negotiations were held with Hermann Huang, the official representative of the German company "Sossna" in China, and Wang Xin, the head of "ChinaFiber," one of China's major manufacturing enterprises. During the meeting, prospects for cooperation in establishing a chemical fiber production workshop were discussed in detail. In the course of the negotiations, special attention was paid to the issues of forming a modern production infrastructure at the university, introducing advanced technologies, and involving students in an educational environment integrated with practice. Furthermore, specific proposals were made regarding ensuring an inseparable link between education and production through the attraction of foreign investment. At the end of the meeting, the parties exchanged views on establishing mutually beneficial cooperation, developing the organizational and legal aspects of implementing the investment project, and reaching specific agreements in the next stage. It was noted that this initiative will serve to further improve the industry-oriented education system at the university.
