SEMINAR-TRAINING ON EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

At Kokand University, the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology organized a seminar-training for students entitled “Emotional Intelligence in Education and Life: Emotion-Friendly Communication.” The event featured Professor Nalan Kuru from Bursa Uludağ University (Türkiye), a distinguished scholar in the field. During the seminar, Professor Nalan Kuru presented both theoretical insights and practical recommendations on developing emotional intelligence in education, fostering children's social and emotional competencies, and enhancing the psychological and pedagogical capacity of educators and parents. Participants gained practical knowledge about the importance of emotional intelligence in education and everyday life, techniques for understanding and managing emotions, effective communication strategies with children, and the application of the Emotion Coaching approach in educational settings.
