Professor from Ankara Yildirim Bayazid University Starts Lectures at UrSU
Dr. Funda Toprak, a distinguished scholar from Turkey, is conducting a series of lectures and workshops on the "History of the Uzbek Language" for students at UrSU.
Following an official invitation from Urgench State University, Professor Funda Toprak, Doctor of Philological Sciences from Ankara Yildirim Bayazid University (Turkey), has arrived to conduct academic sessions.
Professor Toprak’s visit and lecture series are scheduled from March 23 to April 12, 2026. During this period, she will teach "History of the Uzbek Language I" at the Faculty of Philology and Art. The program also includes:

The first seminar session was launched today, accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty, D. Gayipov. This visit is a significant step in expanding international cooperation, integrating global expertise, and enhancing the modern educational environment at our university.
