"National Dishes" Day in the Dormitory.
The "National Dishes" event was held at Dormitory No. 3 under the administration of Kokand State Pedagogical Institute. Students from the Preschool and Primary Education Faculty and the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences showcased their culinary skills. Among the dishes prepared by students were green dumplings (kuk chuchvara), green manti, chak-chak, katlama, halvaytar, green samsa, tuxumbarak, and the Tajik national dish, qurtoba.
The event was organized not only to showcase students' culinary skills but also to promote national culture, preserve our people's rich gastronomic heritage, and pass it on to the younger generation. Each dish was prepared with a unique approach and great enthusiasm.
