International experience is being integrated with practice. At the initiative of the professors and teachers of the Energy Engineering Department of Namangan State Technical University, a practical meeting was organized at the Namangan regional branch of "Hududiy Elektr Tarmoqlari" JSC for students from the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, who arrived as part of an international internship program. Within the framework of the visit, an "Open Doors Day" was organized at the branch, and the guests were provided with information about electricity network management, energy distribution, and technical maintenance systems. Additionally, the students participated in an open dialogue with the management of the enterprise and young specialists, getting closely acquainted with advanced practices in modern energy. During the meeting, innovative approaches in the energy sector, digitalization processes, conditions created for young personnel, and prospects for expanding academic cooperation between the higher education institutions of the two countries were discussed.
