International cooperation

Today, a meeting was held at Tashkent State Transport University with representatives of FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation), the German international accreditation agency. The meeting was attended by Nina Rotermund, Managing Director of FIBAA; Julia Bleshmudt, Head of the International Accreditation Department at FIBAA; and Rukhsora Abdurakhmanova, Head of the Strategic Development and International Cooperation Department of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education. The university was represented by Said Shaumarov, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, and Botir Ibragimov, Head of the Internal Education Quality Control Department. During the discussion, the parties addressed the improvement of quality assurance systems in higher education institutions, international program accreditation processes, the evaluation of educational programs based on international standards, and the prospects of implementing international accreditation at the university. The sides exchanged views on developing mutual cooperation, implementing joint initiatives aimed at enhancing education quality, and fostering close collaboration in the field of international accreditation moving forward.
