As part of the “Relevant 90 Days” program, psychological motivation sessions were organized.
At Kokand State University, as part of the “Relevant 90 Days” project, art therapy and psychological motivation training sessions were held for students.
These training sessions were conducted by university psychologists N. Abdullayeva and N. Khojanazarova. During the sessions, effective practical exercises were carried out to strengthen students’ mental well-being, boost their internal motivation, and teach methods for stress management.
The art therapy-based sessions helped participants develop creative thinking, freely express their emotions, and build emotional stability.
