As part of the "Talaba Expo–2026" career exhibition, an excursion to the "MERGANTEKS" LLC production enterprise was organized with the aim of combining students' theoretical knowledge with practice and closely familiarizing them with modern production processes.
During the visit, students directly observed the processes of producing modern clothing products for children and adults using the enterprise's advanced technologies. They also became closely acquainted with the operation of the sewing workshops, all stages of product manufacturing, the quality control system, and the modern equipment used in production.
In addition, enterprise specialists gave a presentation on available job vacancies, personnel policy, the system for training qualified specialists, and work and internship opportunities created for young people. Students had the opportunity to receive detailed answers to their questions of interest from the specialists.
