Student reviews

Mohammad Aref Ansari

Pursuing my PhD in English Linguistics at Termez State University has been an incredibly rewarding and enriching experience. My academic journey with this institution began earlier when I completed my master's degree in English Linguistics (2021-2022), focusing specifically on pronunciation challenges. During that time, I had the privilege of working closely with my advisor, PhD Xudayquluv A.E., whose insightful guidance laid a solid foundation for my ongoing academic pursuits. Currently, my doctoral research centers on the phonological influences between English and Dari languages, examining how they affect native speakers in both linguistic communities. Under the supportive and inspiring mentorship of my PhD advisor, PhD Khoshimkhujaeva Mohirukh, I have greatly expanded my understanding and appreciation of linguistic nuances. Additionally, the university provides excellent resources, including a comprehensive library and modern research facilities that have immensely supported my studies. Moreover, regular workshops, seminars, and international conferences hosted by the university have broadened my academic network, connecting me with respected linguists and researchers worldwide. Overall, my experience at Termiz State University, through both my master's and PhD studies, has exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this university to anyone passionate about linguistics and eager to contribute meaningfully to the field. Mohammad Aref Ansari

Muslih Ahmad Shikib

My name is Muslih Ahmad Shikib. I am a lecturer at the Faculty of Uzbek Philology and hold a master's degree from Termez State University. Termez State University provided me with an inspiring academic environment where learning extended beyond the classroom. From the moment I entered the campus, I felt welcomed into a vibrant and nurturing community of scholars, mentors, and peers. The university's commitment to academic excellence and its support for student development were evident in every lecture, seminar, and academic event I attended. The faculty members, with their dedication and expertise, played a crucial role in broadening my intellectual horizons and guiding me on my academic journey. Their encouragement and thoughtful mentorship inspired me to pursue research, question critically, and contribute meaningfully to my field of study. One of the most memorable aspects of my time at Termez State University was the inclusive and dynamic campus life. I had the opportunity to collaborate with fellow students from different backgrounds, participate in cultural events, academic conferences, and extracurricular activities that enriched my experience and helped me grow as a well-rounded individual. These experiences taught me the value of teamwork, cross-cultural communication, and leadership, which continue to serve me well in my professional and personal life.
