About the University
Karshi State Technical University (KSTU) was established in 1975 as the Karshi Branch of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers.
In 2024, Karshi State Technical University (KSTU) was reorganized under the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-428. The university was established on the basis of four higher education institutions located in the cities of Karshi and Shahrisabz.
Karshi State Technical University (KSTU) is a modern public higher education institution located in the southern region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The university specializes in engineering, energy, information technologies, construction, and industrial fields, focusing on practice-oriented and innovation-driven education.
KSTU has been steadily developing as a regional center for technical education, research, and technological innovation. The university plays an important role in supplying qualified specialists for key sectors of the national economy and regional industry.

For international students
Our university organizes Uzbek language courses for international students. In addition, special courses in English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, and Chinese are also offered. These courses help students improve their language skills, expand international communication opportunities, and actively participate in the educational process.
Classes are conducted by experienced teachers using modern and interactive teaching methods. The courses are organized at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels according to students’ proficiency.

International Cooperation
Karshi State Technical University considers the development of international education and scientific cooperation as one of its priority areas. The university has established active cooperation with leading higher education institutions and research centers in Europe, Asia, and the CIS countries.
Cooperation with Foreign Higher Education Institutions
The university has signed more than 80 bilateral cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding with higher education institutions from the European Union, India, Malaysia, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and other countries. Partner universities include institutions from Hungary, Poland, Latvia, Romania, Turkey, Spain, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Bulgaria, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Student Academic Mobility
Students of Karshi State Technical University successfully participate in one-semester academic exchange programs at universities in Poland, Romania, Hungary, and Serbia within the framework of the Erasmus+ (ICM KA-171) program. These mobility programs contribute to enhancing students’ academic knowledge, international experience, and intercultural competencies.
International and Joint Grant Projects
The university actively participates in major projects under the Erasmus+ “Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE)” framework. In particular, within the MechaUz project:
- a Bachelor’s program in Mechatronics and Robotics was established;
- seminars and training sessions were conducted at European universities;
- modern laboratory equipment was acquired.
In addition, significant grant funding amounting to several billion Uzbek soums has been attracted through international cooperative innovative and applied projects.

Language courses
Karshi State Technical University (KSTU) places great emphasis on foreign language education for students, young people, and external learners. The university offers modern language courses in English, German, French, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Turkish, and other foreign languages, helping learners prepare for international language examinations and expand their opportunities for studying and working abroad.
In cooperation with Prosica GmbH (Germany), the university has established the "German Language Training and Organized Migration Center for Youth." The center operates under the Presidential Resolution of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-96. During the initial phase, six qualified teachers from Germany began teaching 250 young people the German language.
Within this project, Prosica GmbH and Motiba plan to train 3,000 young people in 2026 and 50,000 by 2030, preparing them for employment in leading German companies.

ТАЛАНТЛИВЫЕ СТУДЕНТЫ
В 2021 году на сайте Кашкадарьинского областного хокимията для студентов и магистров Metsenat.uz был объявлен конкурс «Инновационные проекты» по 6 направлениям стоимостью 1 млрд. 800 млн. сумов. Студенты и магистры института представили на конкурс 37 инновационных проектов. Областная рабочая группа определила три победителя конкурса по каждому направлению. В этом конкурсе победителями были признаны 3 проекта, представленные студентами и магистрами института.
12-13 марта 2021 года преподаватели и студенты института представили 16 инновационных разработок на региональной выставке «Инновационные идеи и разработки» между высшими учебным и заведениями Кашкадарьинской и Сурхандарьинской областей, проходившей в городе Карши Кашкадарьинской области. Пулатов Навруз Миртемир угли, студент 2 курса института, занял 1- место в конкурсе “POWER OF INNOVATION” лучших разработок в области робототехники, проводимом в рамках выставки, и был удостоен премии Министерства инновационного развития в размере 15 миллион сумов.
На XX научно-практической конференции по теме «Современные проблемы сельского и водного хозяйства» молодых учёных, аспирантов и одарённых студентов проведённой 28-30 апреля 2021 года в Национальном исследовательском университете «TIQXMMI» талантливыми молодыми студентами института была опубликована 71 научная статья.
В 2021 году в сборнике материалов международной научно-практической конференции «Международная конференция академических наук» опубликована статья Ширинбоева Худоиназара, студента направления «МСХ» группы 302 под названием «Поэт – переводчик души народа».
В 2021 году в международный научный журнал «Образование и наука в XXI веке» опубликовал научную статью студентки 307 группы направления «Земельный кадастр и землепользование» Муртозовой Дилором на тему «Просвещение против невежества».
Студент факультета «Механизация сельского хозяйства» Ширинбоев Худоиназарбек Талиб угли получил сертификаты за активное участие в молодежном онлайн-форуме «BIR ZAMIN-BIR MAQSAD», проходившем в Бухарской области 15-16 марта 2021 года, в онлайн-форуме «YOSHLAR KELAJAK POYDEVORI», организованном в целях обеспечения реализации поставленных задач в рамках 2021 года – «МОЛОДЕЖНЫЙ ФОРУМ УЗБЕКИСТАНА».
18 марта 2021 года в рамках конкурса, проводимого под девизом «Yer qadri», посвященного «22 марта – Всемирному дню воды», в Каршинском институте ирригации и агротехнологий Национального исследовательского университета «ТИИИМСХ» студентами было подготовлено 11 научных выставок и макетов.
20 апреля 2021 года в Каршинском институте ирригации и агротехнологий Национального исследовательского университета «ТИИИМСХ», был проведён конкурс посвящённый «Всемирному дню Земли» под девизом «Yer yoshlar kelajagi», в котором были представлены 17 научных выставок и макетов. В конкурсе студентка направления «Земельный кадастр и землепользование» 307- группы Муртозова Д. заняла 1 место и была награждена ценными подарками.
Согласно постановлению Кабинета Министров Республики Узбекистан № 502 «О мерах по популяризации творческого наследия известных писателей и мыслителей среди молодежи и эффективному использованию аллеи литераторов» студент 302-й группы Х.Ширинбоев Каршинского института ирригации и агротехнологий «МСХ» стал лауреатом специальной стипендии имени Абдуллы Орипова и был награжден дипломом, памятными подарками.
В Каршинском институте ирригации и агротехнологий Национального исследовательского университета «ТИИМСХ» в июле объявлен конкурс на получение Государственной стипендии Президента Республики Узбекистан и других государственных стипендий, были приняты документы от 16 талантливых студентов, проведен первый этап конкурса на уровне института. По итогам конкурса два талантливых студента были рекомендованы на республиканский этап на основании результатов зачетов, документов, биографий, достижений в образовательной и научной деятельности.
В ноябре в Каршинском институте ирригации и агротехнологий Национального исследовательского университета «ТИИИМСХ» прошел конкурс «Студент года-2021». В конкурсе «Студент года - 2021» приняли участие 18 студентов по 7 номинациям, и он прошел в очень живой и приподнятой атмосфере. В частности, в номинации «Самый лучший студент года по своей специальности» студент 3- курса факультета механизация сельского хозяйства Х Ширинбоев занял 1-место, студент 2-курса А.Эшназаров 2-место, студентка 2-курса М.Алмасова заняла 3-место. В номинации «Самый активный, инициативный студент года» 1-место заняла студентка 3-курса Д.Муртозова, 2-место занял студент 3-курса У.Тухтаев, 3-место занял студент 3-курса А.Абдусаматов.
В номинации «Самый активный студент-изобретатель-инноватор года» студент 2 курса С. Хазраткулов занял 1-место, студент 3-курса Т.Шопулатов занял 2-место, студент 2-курса А.Давлатов занял 3-место. В номинации «Самый активный студент-спортсмен» студент 2-курса Ж.Эргашев занял 1-место, студент 2-курса О.Маннонов занял 2-место. В номинации «Лучший творческий студент года» 1-место занял студент 3-курса С. Мулкамалов, 2-место занял студент 2-курса А.Аскаров. В номинации «Лучший студент-блогер года» студент 3-курса О.Ярманов занял 1-место, Д. Нормуродов студент 3-курса занял 2-место. В номинации «Самый образцовый студент-предприниматель года» С. Сагдуллаева студентка 3-курса заняла 1-место, А. Бегимкулова студентка 3- курса заняла 2-место, К. Махмаюсупова студентка 2-курса заняла 3-место и были награждены разовой денежной премией.
24 декабря 2021 года осуществлена реализация задач, указанных в Постановлении Кабинета Министров Республики Узбекистан от 9 марта 2020 года № 133 «О мерах по дальнейшему совершенствованию нормативно-правовой базы для научных исследований» проведен конкурс «Agro Start-up of the year». На конкурсе было представлено более 20 «Star-up» проектов. В конкурсе одни из лучших студентов института Гуломов А. занял почетное 1-место и получил денежную премию в размере 500 000 сумов и диплом 1-степени, Ш.Худойбердиев и О.Юлдашев заняли 2-место, получили денежную премию в размере 400 000 сумов и диплом 2-степени, Д.Нормуродов занял 3-место, получил денежную премию в размере 300 000 сумов и диплом 3-степени.
20 марта 2022 года 25 студентов заняли призовые места в 4 номинациях на конкурсе, проводимом в институте, посвященном «22 марта – Всемирному дню воды» под лозунгом «Suv zar – suvchi zargar» и были удостоены почетных грамот.
На республиканских научно-практических конференциях проведённом в институте 11-12 марта 2022 года на тему «Эффективное использование водных ресурсов: проблемы и решения (на примере орошаемых земель южных регионов)», 15-16 апреля 2022 года «Инновационные технологии в заочной форме обучения: проблемы и решения» было опубликовано 52 научных статей студентов.
20 апреля 2021 года студенты подготовили 21 научный экспонат и макет на конкурсе, посвященном «Всесоюзному дню Земли» в институте. Студентка направления «Земельный кадастр и землепользование» Муртозова Д. заняла 1-место в конкурсе плакатов «Земля – наш единственный дом» и была награждена ценными призами.

В 2022 году объявлен конкурс на Государственную стипендию Президента Республики Узбекистан и государственные стипендии, принят сборник документов от 17 талантливых студентов, проведен первый этап конкурса на уровне института. По итогам конкурса, 8 талантливых студентов были рекомендованы на республиканский этап на основании результатов зачетов, документов, биографий, достижений в образовательной и научной деятельности. Согласно приказу Министра высшего и среднего специального образования Республики Узбекистан от 19 декабря 2022 года ««О назначении государственных стипендий имени Президента Республики Узбекистан студентам бакалавриата республиканских высших учебных заведений на 2022/2023 учебный год» №413 в Каршинском институте ирригации и агротехнологий Национального исследовательского университета «ТИИИМСХ» студент 4-курса факультета «Животноводство и механизация сельского хозяйства» образовательному направлению 5430100 – «Механизация сельского хозяйства» Ширинбоев Худойназарбек Толиб угли был удостоен государственной стипендии Президента Республики Узбекистан, студент 3-курса по образовательному направлению 5430100 – «Механизация сельского хозяйства» Алмасова Мунаввар Абдусамад кизи была удостоена государственной стипендии имени Ислама Каримова, студент 3-курса по образовательному направлению 5311001 – «Автоматизация и управление технологическими процессами и производствами (водное хозяйство)» Хамдамов Бургутали Шодмон угли был удостоен государственной стипендии имени Беруний и награждены дипломами и памятными призами.
С 27 июня по 7 июля 2022 года 10 талантливых студентов института приняли активное участие в летней школе, организованной в НИУ «ТИИИМСХ» на тему «Стартап: интеграция теории, практики, научных исследований и бизнеса» и разработали стартап-проект под названием «Студенческая работа» и заняли 1-место.
В рамках выставки региональных инновационных идей Кашкадарьинской области «InnoWeek-2022», проходившей 5-7 сентября 2022 года, студент нашего института Б.Турдиев занял почетное 2-место в технологическом марафоне «TECHNOWAYS» и награжден министерством инновационного развития Республики Узбекистан сертификатом, 3D-принтером.
25 сентября 2022 года 4 студента факультета «Животноводство и механизация сельского хозяйства», Хазраткулов Сироджиддин Зойиржон угли, Алмасова Мунаввар Абдусамад кизи, Раупова Ораста Икром кизи, Каримова Инобат Умиджон кизи, были отобраны для участия в конкурсе «TASHABBUSKOR ISLOHOTCHI», проводимом Центром научных исследований и поддержки молодежи «"Best Publication» в городе Самарканд рамках Содружества Независимых. Участники приняли активное участие и были награждены значками и нагрудными знаками, грамотами, дипломами, благодарственными письмами и ценными подарками.
В 2022 году 17-22 октября 2022 года Министерством инновационного развития Республики Узбекистан был проведён Международная неделя инновационных идей «InnoWeek-2022». На технологическом марафоне республиканского этапа «TECHNOWAYS» активно участвовали в студенты факультета Животноводство и механизация сельского хозяйства» Даврон Нормуродов, Асадбек Жаббаров награждены сертификатами.
Распоряжением хакима Кашкадарьинской области от 2 ноября 2022 года № 898-4-0-Q/22 «О проведении конкурса за приз хакима области «Перспективные IT-проекты (Ideathon)» в сфере информации технологии» в областном IT-парке был проведен конкурсе. Студенты института представили 28 стартап-проектов, позволивших создать личный технологический бизнес и превратить разработанную идею в минимально жизнеспособный продукт. На конкурс были отобраны 100 проектов из 212, из них работы 15 студентов были признаны достойными. По итогам конкурса 24 декабря 2022 года 3 студента института факультета «Гидромелиорация» по образовательному направлению 60710400 – «Экология и охрана окружающей среды (в водном хозяйстве)» объединённые в команду «Экологи» во главе Исомиддиновой Хулкар получили призовой сертификат в номинации «Команда, решившая самую актуальную проблему» конкурса. Им были вручены статуэтки, грамоты и памятные подарки администрации области. 36 талантливых студентов активно приняли участие в конкурсе «Студент года-2022», проведенном в институте в 2022 году. В номинации «Самый знающий студент года по своей специальности» студент 4 курса факультета ЖМСХ Ширинбоев Х занял 1-место, студент 3 курса факультета ЖМСХ Хамдамов Б. занял 2-место, студент 3 курса факультета ЖМСХ Хазраткулов С. занял 3-место. В номинации «Самый активный студент-пропагандист года» студент 4-курса факультета ЖМСХ Юсупов Ф. занял 1-место, студентка 3-курса факультета ЖМСХМ.Алмасова заняла 2-место, студент 4-курса факультета ГМ Тухтаев У. занял 3-место. В номинации «Самый активный студент-изобретатель-новатор года» студент 4-курса факультета ЖМСХ Б.Турдиев занял 1-место, студент 4-курса факультета ЖМСХ А. Джабборов занял 2-место, студент 4-курса факультета ЖМСХ Нормуродов Д. занял 3-место. Норматов А., студент 4-курса факультета ЖМСХ занял 1-место в номинации «Самый активный спортсмен-студент года», Эргашев Ж., студент 3-курса факультета ЖМСХ занял 2-место», 3-место занял студент 3- курса факультета ГМ Маннонов О.В номинации «Самый активный творческий студент года» Мулкамалов С. студент 4-курса факультета ЖМСХ занял 1- место, Раупова О. студентка 3-курса ЖМСХ заняла 2-место, Холботиров Т. студент 3-курса факультета ЖМСХ занял 3-место. Эргашева Р. студентка 3-курса факультета ЖМСХ заняла 1- место в номинации «Самый активный студент-предприниматель года», Тураева М. студентка 2-курса факультета ЖМСХ заняла 2 место, студентка 4-курса факультета ГМ Сагдуллаева С. заняла 3-место. В номинации «Самый активный и талантливый студент года» студентка 2-курса факультета ЖМСХ И.Каримова заняла 1-место, студентка 3-курса ЖМСХ О.Йулдашев занял 2-место, Мулкамолова О. студентка 3-курса факультета ГМ заняла 3- место и были награждена разовыми денежными премиями и дипломами.
В 2023 году в целях дальнейшего повышения эффективности государственной политики в отношении молодежи, воспитания молодых людей в духе патриотизма, воспитания их духовно и морально, физически здоровыми и преданными своей стране в Каршинском государственном университете был проведён студенческое шоу под девизом «Tashabbusimiz, iqtidorimiz, kuch qudratimiz - Vatan uchun!»
Завершившие военную службу в Вооружённых Силах Республики Узбекистан, были приняты на обучение на платно-контрактной основе на основании рекомендательного письма, выданного командованием воинской части. На 2023-2024 учебный год студенту 3-курса факультета ГМ по образовательному направлению 60812300 – «Водное хозяйство и мелиорация» Рузимуродову Хасану Бахтиёр угли вручён ваучер об оплате 35% контрактной суммы в размере 2 25 млн. сумов.
20 марта 2023 года в институте прошёл конкурс плакатов посвященном «22 марта – Всемирному дню воды» под девизом «Suv zar – suvchi zargar». На конкурсе студентка 3-курса факультета ГМ по образовательному направлению 60812300 – «Волное хозяйство и мелиорация» С. Садуллаева заняла 1-место, студентка 3-курса факультета ЖМСХ по образовательному направлению 60810100 - «Механизация сельского хозяйства» С. Суярова 2-место, студент 3-курса факультета ЖМСХ по образовательному направлению 60711400 –«Технологические процессы, управление и автоматизация производством» Фаррух Сохибназаров занял 3 место. В конкурсе «Инновационные разработки в области водного хозяйства» студент 2-курса факультета ГМ по образовательному направлению 60812300 - «Водное хозяйство мелиорация» Жорабек Маннонов занял почетное 1-место, студент 4-курса по образовательному направлению 60812300 - «Водное хозяйство и мелиорация» Турдимурад Шопулатов занял почетное 2-место, 3-место занял студент 2-курса по образовательному направлению 60710400- «Экология и охрана окружающей среды» Анвар Абдузоиров. Они получили специальный сертификат, ценные подарки и материальное поощрение на сумму 1 000 000 сумов, 800 000 сумов и 600 000 сумов.
18-20 апреля 2023 года в Национальном исследовательском университете «ТИИМСХ» прошёл конкурс посвященном «22 апреля – Всемирному дню Земли» под девизом «Инвестируйте в нашу планету». Студент 3-курса факультета ЖМСХ Сироджиддин Хазраткулов занял почетное 1-место на конкурсе научных статей «GEOSIENCE». Ему вручен специальный сертификат, ценные подарки и материальное поощрение на сумму 400 тысяч сумов. В конкурсе видеороликов «GEOMOVIE» студентка 3-курса факультета ЖМСХ Зайтуна Хонимкулова заняла почетное 1-место, а Ислам Саидмуродов – почетное 3-место. Им были вручены специальный сертификат, ценные подарки и материальное поощрение на сумму 400 000 сумов и 200 000 сумов.
В 2023 году согласно постановлению Кабинета Министров Республики Узбекистан №502 «О мерах по популяризации творческого наследия известных писателей и мыслителей среди молодежи и эффективному использованию аллеи литераторов»» студентка 305-группы факультета ЖМСХ по образовательному направлению 60711400 – «Технологические процессы,управление и автоматизация производством» Раупова Ораста Икрам кизи стала лауреатом специальной стипендии имени Абдуллы Орипова и награждена значком, дипломом и сувенирами.
В 2023 году объявлен конкурс на Государственную стипендию Президента Республики Узбекистан и государственные стипендии, принят сборник документов от 18 талантливых студентов, проведен первый этап конкурса на уровне института. По итогам конкурса 8 талантливых студентов были рекомендованы на республиканский этап на основании результатов зачетов, документов, биографий, достижений в образовательной и научной деятельности.
В соответствии с распоряжением министра высшего образования, науки и инноваций Республики Узбекистан от 4 декабря 2023 года № 516 «О назначении стипендий Президента Республики Узбекистан и именных государственных стипендий студентам бакалавриата высших учебных заведений республики на 2023/2024 учебный год» студентка 4-курса Каршинского института ирригации и агротехнологии факультета ЖМСХ по образовательному направлению 5430100 - «Механизация сельского хозяйства» Алмасова Мунаввар Абдусамад кизи удостоена Государственной стипендии Президента Республики Узбекистан, студент 4-курса по образовательному направлению 5410700 - «Земельный кадастр и землепользование» Давлатов Абдуллажон Давлат угли удостоен Государственной стипендии Ислама Каримова, студент 4-курса по образовательному направлению 5410700 - «Земельный кадастр и землепользование» Носиров Жахангир Камиль угли стал лауреатом Государственной стипендии имени Беруни и был награжден дипломом и памятными подарками.
В 2023 году в соответствии реализации приоритетных задач, поставленных в обращениях Уважаемого Президента к Олий Мажлису от 20 декабря 2022 года, по повышению качества образования, оказанию материальной и финансовой поддержки талантливым студентам высших учебных заведений региона в 2023 году «Год внимания к народу и качественного образования» решением Совета народных депутатов Кашкадарьинской области в целях стимулирования достижения ими более высоких образовательных стандартов объявлена «Стипендия хакима области» на 2023-2024 учебный год для студентов областных вузов. На конкурс принят сборник документов от 6 талантливых студентов. Начальный этап конкурса проводился на уровне института, а на региональный этап были поданы документы 3-х талантливых студентов. По итогам областного этапа лауреатом стала студентка 3-курса факультета ЖМСХ института по образовательному направлению 60811300 – «Технология хранения и переработки сельскохозяйственной продукции» Абдурахмонова Лазокат Абдивохид кизи. 14 региональным победителям выплачиваются стипендии в размере 3-кратного размера базовой расчетной величины каждый месяц с сентября по июнь 2023-2024 учебного года.
В 2023 году 32 талантливых студента института приняли участие в 5-м туре конкурса на получение стипендии, проводимого компанией «Uzbekistan GTL». Из 3061 студента высших учебных заведений области, участвовавшего в конкурсе, 16 удостоены стипендии компании «Uzbekistan GTL». В 2023 году в городе Шахрисабз под девизом «Yangi О‘zbekiston yoshlari birlashaylik» Кашкадарьинский областной хакимият и Кашкадарьинское областное управление Министерства высшего образования, науки и инноваций совместно организовали конкурс инновационных и стартап-проектов, направленных на решении существующих задач в социальной и экономической сфере. Студент 4-курса факультета ЖМСХ по образовательному направлению 60711400 – «Автоматизация и управление технологических процессов и производством» Даврон Нормуродов сталб призёром и был награжден ваучером на сумму 100,0 млн сумов.
Распоряжение хакима Кашкадарьинской области от 2 ноября 2022 года «О проведении конкурса на приз хакима области «Перспективные IT – проекты (Ideathon)» в сфере информационных технологий № 898-4-0-Q /22 был проведён конкурс, организованный региональным отделением IT-программных продуктов и информационных технологий. Студенты института представили 17 стартап-проектов, позволивших создать личный технологический бизнес и превратить разработанную идею в минимально жизнеспособный продукт. На основании решения Дирекции технопарка Кашкадарьинской области, по итогам конкурса 18 декабря 2023 года 3 студента института в составе команды «Infinity» под руководством студента 4-курса факультета ГМ по образовательному направлению 60812500 – «Эксплуатация гидротехнических сооружений и насосных станций» Шермаматова Юсуфхана Шакир угли заняла почетное 1-место в конкурсе перспективных IT-проектов «IDEATHON» и получила специальный диплом. The Faculty of Oil & Gas and Geology is one of the important and strategic faculties of Karshi State Technical University. The Faculty of Energy Engineering is one of the key and strategic faculties of Karshi State Technical University. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 437 dated May 28, 2019, the Karshi Branch of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers was established. Subsequently, under the Presidential Resolution PQ–42 (December 10, 2021), the Karshi Institute of Irrigation and Agrotechnologies was founded on the basis of the branch.

The Faculty of Transport and Construction Engineering is one of the historically established, important, and strategic faculties of Karshi State Technical University. The faculty has been operating since 1975 and has undergone several reorganizations in line with reforms in the higher education system.
In 1995, following the establishment of the Karshi Engineering and Economics Institute on the basis of the Karshi branches of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers and the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute, the faculties of “Agricultural Mechanization,” “Hydromelioration,” and “Land Management” were merged to form the Faculty of Agroengineering. Based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ–428 dated December 10, 2024, Karshi State Technical University was established on the basis of four higher education institutions in the Kashkadarya region, and the faculty is currently operating under the name Faculty of Transport and Construction Engineering.
