About the university

IT Park University was established through a collaboration between IT Park under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the international IT company EPAM. IT Park University is the first university in Uzbekistan to offer education in a hybrid format (primarily online), with a campus located in Tashkent, providing access to information technology education throughout the country.
Our university is focused on equipping students with knowledge of the latest technologies and industry practices that are in demand in the labor market. We provide innovative learning methods, including online education, enabling students to study at a time and place that is most convenient for them.
Our mission is to provide students with an excellent education in information technology so that they can contribute to the development of the IT industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan and beyond, and become successful professionals in their field.
Of the 25 academic staff members working at IT Park University, 5 hold a PhD degree and 2 hold a Doctor of Science (DSc) degree. The university also employs 11 international professors.

Software Engineering is a field of computer science that focuses on the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software systems and applications. Software engineers apply engineering principles, modern technologies, and programming languages to create reliable, efficient, and scalable software solutions that meet the needs of users and organizations.
The Bachelor’s degree program in Software Engineering is designed to prepare specialists capable of developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software products and information systems of varying complexity. The program combines a strong foundation in computer science with in-depth study of software architecture, project management, software quality assurance, and modern development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Throughout the program, students gain proficiency in programming languages, data structures, algorithms, databases, software design principles, and development techniques for various platforms, including web applications, mobile applications, and desktop systems. Particular emphasis is placed on practical software development skills, teamwork, solving real-world industry challenges, and preparing students for professional careers in the field of information technology.
