The Bachelor’s Degree Program in Translation Theory and Practice: Korean Language prepares qualified professionals capable of providing professional translation and interpreting between Korean and other languages, facilitating intercultural communication, and using modern translation technologies. The curriculum includes Korean grammar, phonetics and stylistics, translation theory and practice, written and oral translation, the fundamentals of consecutive and simultaneous interpreting, terminology, Korean history and culture, business communication, and computer-assisted translation tools. Students develop practical skills in translating general and specialized texts, official documents, scientific and technical materials, and business content, as well as interpreting at international events.
