Software engineering

The solution of complex tasks in software engineering within the field of information and communication technologies in state and non-state enterprises, organizations, institutions, and public administration bodies, as well as participation in scientific research at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, industry-specific research institutes, research centers, and scientific-production associations.
Objects of professional activity include:
- Mathematical and software support for automated and computer systems;
- Computer-aided design systems;
- Software for information processing and microprocessor systems;
- Development and effective processes for the implementation and use of software products and hardware of computing technology;
- Design, configuration, production, and application of technical and software tools for information and communication systems and technologies;
- Information exchange formation within the framework of electronic document management and databases in e-government systems through state interactive services.
Graduates of the bachelor's program in "Software Engineering" who undergo pedagogical retraining are entitled to engage in teaching activities in preschool and school educational institutions, vocational education institutions, teaching general professional and specialized disciplines as defined by educational management bodies.
