Philology and language teaching: Arabic language

The Arabic Language program provides students with the opportunity to achieve a high level of proficiency in Arabic while gaining an in-depth understanding of the history, culture, literature, religious and spiritual heritage, and contemporary socio-political developments of the Arab world. Throughout the program, students study Arabic phonetics, grammar, lexicology, stylistics, translation studies, language teaching methodology, and intercultural communication.

The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with practical training, enabling students to communicate fluently in Arabic, analyze academic and literary texts, and perform professional translation activities. Students also develop the skills to teach the Arabic language and conduct research using modern information and communication technologies.

Graduates are well prepared for careers in educational institutions, international organizations, diplomatic missions, translation agencies, mass media, and various governmental and non-governmental organizations.
