About the programme
The discipline of performing folk instruments plays an important role in preparing personnel with high musical performance skills who can work independently as solo performers and instrument teachers. A specialist teacher, who is the main leader of the student, prepares him not only as a professional, but also as an active cultural representative who can popularize the artistic taste of society and advanced musical art.
The main goal set for this discipline is that the student should have an idea of instrumental performance,
solo performance, ensemble, orchestral instruments, world and Uzbek musical heritage.
The tasks arising from mastering the discipline of performing folk instruments are that students demonstrate their knowledge in various areas. It is necessary to make every effort to develop the student's talent, fully demonstrate its unique aspects, demonstrate knowledge and skills such as using all sources related to the performance of the instrument of specialization in the composer's style, using the national style of performance, etc. In addition, it is necessary to acquire skills for working in secondary specialized educational institutions in the field of music, in various creative teams, and in institutions of musical culture.
