Course Objective |

The goal is to provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills for effectively managing production processes. |

Course Tasks |
|
|
To enable students to analyze the structure and components of production systems and their interrelations; understand all stages of manufacturing from raw materials to finished products; explain types of production (job, batch, mass); teach planning methods (short-term and long-term); provide strategies for efficient use of production capacity; introduce tools for resource management and improving efficiency; highlight the role of automation and technology; teach time management and productivity techniques; explain fundamentals of logistics and supply chain management; introduce innovation management tools and modernization principles; and teach the application of digital and automation technologies in production. |

Students will become qualified specialists in controlling and managing production processes, equipped with knowledge and skills that meet the demands of modern production management. |
