The Bachelor's program in the field of study "Management" (educational program profile "Business Management in Energy") is implemented at the Department of Oil and Gas Economics at the Branch of I.M. Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) in Tashkent (Republic of Uzbekistan). The program is aimed at forming business-oriented thinking and developing practical skills in managing the efficiency of operational processes in the extraction, transportation, processing, and sale of energy resources and their derivatives. During their studies, students will form key competencies in managing production models, analyzing financial and technological risks based on changing demand and external economic factors, and implementing the results of technological entrepreneurship and innovation. The faculty of the program includes: teachers from the engineering and economics school, leading employees of production companies, and analysts of production systems. Individual learning trajectory: variability in choosing disciplines to harmonize soft and hard skills. Practice-oriented learning: developing optimal business solutions in cross-functional teams within the immersive environment of the university's technological cluster. Educational technologies: cross-functional team building, technological and business cases, coaching sessions, startup constructors, professional and personal testing.
