Logistics and Supply Chain Mangement

Logistics is a set of organizational, managerial and production-technological processes for the effective provision of various systems with commodity and material resources.
The essence of logistics is to find ways to rationally promote the product along the chain: from the manufacturer to the final recipient. This process is quite labor-intensive and involves controlling a list of actions from organizing marketing and receiving orders, to setting up the production process, storage and developing optimal transportation routes for delivery.
