About the programme
This master's program is designed to prepare specialists with advanced expertise in the theoretical and applied fields of Indonesian linguistics and contemporary linguistic research. Students gain comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse analysis, and comparative linguistics. Throughout the program, they develop practical skills in corpus linguistics, academic writing, preparing scholarly publications, linguistic data analysis, and the application of artificial intelligence-based language technologies. The curriculum integrates the study of the languages, cultures, and communication practices of Southeast Asia, preparing graduates for successful international academic and professional careers. Graduates are well qualified for employment at universities, research centers, international companies, translation agencies, diplomatic missions, and collaborative projects between Uzbekistan and Indonesia.
