International Foundation Year (IFY) – Business Management or Data Analytics Pathway

Overview

International Foundation Year (IFY) – is designed to prepare international students for direct entry into undergraduate degrees in business and computing fields at PTU in partnership with De Montfort University. This foundation-level programme enhances students' academic English, study skills, and subject knowledge in business or computing to ensure successful transition to a UK university education system. Students will develop not only their language proficiency but also critical thinking, quantitative methods, and an understanding of core business functions in a global context or computer programming. The programme draws on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to provide relevance and purpose in both language and content modules.
