Information systems and technologies (by fields and sectors)

The Information Systems and Technologies programme is designed to train specialists in the development, implementation and support of information systems, software and digital solutions for various sectors of the economy.

Students study programming, databases, web technologies, computer networks, operating systems, information security, systems analysis, information system design, data processing and the fundamentals of artificial intelligence.

Practical training includes software application development, database creation, web service design, information system configuration, user requirements analysis and the solution of applied problems using modern digital tools.

Special attention is given to enterprise digitalisation, business process automation, information protection, data management and the application of information technologies in industry, management and education.

Graduates may work as programmers, systems analysts, information system administrators, database specialists, web developers, information security specialists, software testers and digitalisation specialists.
