About the programme
General Medicine
Ready to become a doctor with real clinical experience, not just theory? The General Medicine faculty at Profi University trains future physicians to international standards — full-time only, as required by Uzbek law for medical education, ensuring hands-on practice and constant contact with instructors.
The program runs 5–6 years, combining a strong fundamental base with modern teaching methods: clinical simulations, case-based learning, and practice from the very first years. Classes are taught by faculty holding DSc and PhD degrees, and part of the training takes place in partnership with Shox International Hospital, where students work with real patients under the guidance of practicing physicians.
Admission is based solely on entrance exam results, with no exceptions — which is exactly what makes a Profi University diploma valuable in the job market. Graduates go through a genuine selection process from the first exam to thesis defense. Students have access to international internships, grants, and career center support with job placement.
