About the programme
General Medicine is a bachelor’s degree program in the fields of science and healthcare. It involves activities within healthcare institutions, promoting healthy lifestyles among the population, improving medical awareness, preventing the occurrence and spread of acute and chronic diseases, developing and implementing measures against epidemics and pandemics, diagnosing and treating diseases using modern medical methods, addressing patients’ healthcare needs, and solving complex medical and social issues at the primary healthcare level.
Objects of professional activity for graduates of the General Medicine program:
- healthcare processes and reforms, governmental decisions and decrees, regulations, programs, standards, innovative ideas and projects, research activities, scientific publications, theses, regulatory documents, reference materials, and reports;
- medical equipment, simulation-based educational technologies, simulation robots and mannequins, medicines, medical procedures, resources, instruments, methods, and techniques;
- society, population, families, patients, elderly people requiring medical care, adults and children, women and men.
