"Economics" is a fundamental educational program aimed at training broad-profile specialists capable of deeply analyzing economic processes in the conditions of a modern market economy, making sound economic decisions, and developing growth strategies for both the public and private sectors.

Program Objectives To train highly qualified professional economists who can understand the regularities of micro- and macroeconomic processes, practically apply modern economic-mathematical and econometric methods, forecast economic phenomena, and develop strategic recommendations for enterprises, banks, and government organizations.

Graduates of the program can successfully build careers in the following positions: chief economist and economic analyst in enterprises, credit and investment specialist in banks, financial analyst, chief specialist in state economic bodies (Ministry of Economy and Finance, Central Bank), economic advisor in international organizations, researcher in research institutes, and expert in business consulting companies.
