About the programme
Master’s degree training in the specialty 70711801- «Environmental Engineering» is carried out on the basis of a relevant higher education program. Graduates who have fully completed the theoretical and practical components of the program and have successfully passed the final state attestation are awarded the qualification (degree) of Master and are issued a state-recognized diploma of higher education in accordance with the установлен procedures.
Graduates trained in this specialty are entitled to teach specialized disciplines in higher education institutions, advanced training and retraining institutions, as well as in secondary specialized vocational education institutions, and to conduct research activities at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and sectoral research institutes.
Graduates carry out engineering activities in production associations and enterprises of the chemical and food industries, environmental monitoring and control bodies, design and engineering organizations, as well as in governmental and non-governmental organizations operating in the field of environmental protection. Their professional activities are focused on environmental protection, rational use of natural resources, waste management, design, implementation and optimization of wastewater and gas emission treatment technologies, as well as the development of engineering solutions to ensure environmental safety.
