I. The content of science.

The purpose of teaching science - This science program determines the minimum knowledge, skills and competencies that a student should acquire in this subject, namely, the causes of defects in children with disabilities and their impact on the child's mental and physical development, the general structure of the human body and its state in the presence of various defects, the functioning of the brain and nervous system, the functioning, physiology and pathology of vision, hearing and speech sensors, the causes of various diseases in them and their impact on the development of general and specific human characteristics.

The task of teaching the subject is to have knowledge about the clinical foundations of special pedagogy, its place in the system of pedagogical sciences, and its relationship with other disciplines.
