学校简介

根据乌兹别克斯坦共和国总统于2025年4月21日签署的第PF-68号法令《进一步加强公民良心自由权保障以及将宗教与教育领域改革推进到新阶段的措施》，乌兹别克斯坦国际伊斯兰学院已更名。该学院被确定为国家基础高等教育和科学研究机构，专门培养伊斯兰学与宗教学领域的专业人才，并编制课程大纲、教材和教学资料。

学院的主要任务如下：

(a) 培养伊斯兰学、宗教学、宗教心理学、伊斯兰经济、文献学、国际关系及其他需求较大的领域的人才；

(b) 在教学过程中引入先进的教学技术、最新的科学技术成果，以及基于国外一流高校经验开发的教育方案；

(d) 编写并出版宗教与教育领域的科学及科普类书籍，并在互联网平台上发布和持续更新教育资源；

(e) 培养学生高尚的道德与伦理品质，增强爱国主义精神、对祖国命运的责任感以及职业奉献精神，提高教育教学与思想教育工作的有效性；

(f) 与国内外从事宗教领域研究与教育的科研和教育机构保持密切合作。

学院毕业生目前在乌兹别克斯坦共和国几乎所有部委和机构、重要国际组织以及国内外领先企业中成功就业。他们的成就充分体现了学院的重要贡献。每位毕业生不仅具备专业知识与技能，还体现了学院独特的文化、传统与教育理念，成为青年人的榜样。

外国学生可通过面试方式作为特例被录取。教学语言为乌兹别克语和俄语。近期计划开设英语授课课程。

国际学生须知

签证办理及住宿登记程序

外国公民签证的办理、签证邀请函的准备以及临时住宿登记，由高等教育机构在与乌兹别克斯坦共和国高等教育主管部门协调后，向乌兹别克斯坦共和国外交部提交相关材料办理。

外国公民的签证由申请人所在国家的乌兹别克斯坦共和国大使馆或领事馆签发。

对于所在国家没有乌兹别克斯坦共和国大使馆或领事馆的公民，也可以在塔什干国际机场办理签证。

申请入学所需文件

乌兹别克斯坦国际伊斯兰学院根据2020年9月23日通过的《乌兹别克斯坦共和国教育法》、2008年8月4日乌兹别克斯坦共和国内阁第169号决议《关于完善外国公民进入乌兹别克斯坦共和国教育机构学习及培养程序》以及相关配套法规招收外国公民。

外国申请人须向国际学生事务部提交以下文件：

入读乌兹别克斯坦国际伊斯兰学院的申请书；
学习成绩单或成绩证明；
在乌兹别克斯坦境内或境外获得的所有毕业证书、学历证书及成绩单；
本科申请者：中学或中等专业教育毕业证书；
硕士申请者：学士学位证书或同等学历证明；
博士（PhD、DSc）申请者：硕士学位证书；
在乌兹别克斯坦共和国境外获得的所有学历证书及成绩单须翻译成俄语或乌兹别克语，并经公证认证；
符合规定格式的体检证明；
有效护照或允许在乌兹别克斯坦共和国居留的身份证件；
六张3.5 × 4.5厘米照片；
已发表学术论文及论文摘要目录（博士申请者需提交）。

成绩单俄语译本须由乌兹别克斯坦共和国境内公证机构，或申请人所在国的乌兹别克斯坦共和国大使馆或领事馆认证。

外国公民在学院学习实行合同收费制（学费制），但依据乌兹别克斯坦共和国与其他国家、国际组织或外国高校签订的合作协议来学院学习的外国公民除外。

“马赫穆德霍贾·贝赫布迪”特别奖学金

该奖学金依据乌兹别克斯坦共和国内阁2020年8月24日第502号决议以及学院理事会于2020年10月29日批准的相关条例设立。

设立该奖学金的目的是鼓励积极研究、宣传和推广马赫穆德霍贾·贝赫布迪（Mahmudxo‘ja Behbudiy）生平与著作，并在相关领域表现突出的学生。

奖学金评选标准

该奖学金面向全日制本科一年级至三年级学生以及硕士一年级学生，申请者须符合以下条件：

研究马赫穆德霍贾·贝赫布迪的生平与著作；
在推广文学和阅读文化方面表现积极；
参加文学相关会议或竞赛；
拥有已发表的作品或学术成果。

申请材料

申请人须提交：

成绩单；
院系或教研室推荐信；
学术或创作成果、摘要及评审意见（如有）；
导师评价意见；
宣传马赫穆德霍贾·贝赫布迪生平与著作的相关材料；
在国内外学术期刊发表的个人署名学术论文；
参加学术会议的证明文件；
参加国际或国家级展览、双年展、艺术节、研讨会、竞赛等重要活动及获奖情况证明（如有）。

评选程序

评选分为两个阶段：

第一阶段：
关于马赫穆德霍贾·贝赫布迪生平、著作及社会活动的测试。

第二阶段：
面试。

奖学金每年评选一次，自9月1日起发放，为期一个学年。

奖学金金额根据乌兹别克斯坦共和国现行法规确定。

学院设有专门的国际学生事务部，为外国公民提供从招生咨询、入学申请、来乌手续办理到住宿登记等全流程服务，并协助国际学生适应学习生活及在乌兹别克斯坦共和国的居住环境。

学院为国际学生提供与本国学生同等的学习条件、资源和发展机会。

学院积极帮助国际学生了解乌兹别克斯坦的文化和传统，定期组织参观考察、博物馆访问及其他文化活动。

国际学生积极参加学院组织的各类精神文化教育活动以及戏剧社团等课外活动。

国际合作

如今，乌兹别克斯坦国际伊斯兰学院已与欧洲、非洲和亚洲多个国家的知名高等教育机构、科研中心以及国际组织签署了40多项合作备忘录和协议。

目前，学院共有10名外籍教授和教师参与教学工作。他们分别来自哈萨克斯坦、俄罗斯联邦、阿拉伯埃及共和国、日本等国家。

外国申请人通过面试方式被录取进入学院学习。教学语言为乌兹别克语和俄语。目前，学院共有33名国际学生在校学习，他们来自俄罗斯、塔吉克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、哈萨克斯坦、阿塞拜疆和阿富汗。

乌兹别克斯坦国际伊斯兰学院国际合作工作的主要方向包括：

与国外高等教育机构、科研中心和国际组织建立并发展合作关系；
组织学院领导、工作人员、教师及科研人员赴国外开展学术访问和交流；
举办国际会议、研讨会、网络研讨会等活动；
参与国际科研基金和合作项目；
邀请外国教授和教师参与学院教学工作；

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to radically improve the activities of the religious and educational sphere" No. PF-5416 dated 16/04/2018, the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan was established as an educational and scientific structural unit.

The faculty operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, specifically the "On Education" and "On the National Program for Personnel Training" laws, as well as the regulations "On the Faculty of a Higher Educational Institution" and "On Departments of a Higher Educational Institution," which were approved by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Order No. 159, May 30, 2008).

The faculty is engaged in the following areas of activity:

(5220400) Information Security Management;
(5121100) International Relations;
(5610300) Tourism (pilgrimage tourism);
(5231000) Economy of foreign countries and country studies (Muslim countries); 5160200) "Islamic economics and finance";

The faculty's primary responsibilities are as follows:

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education” and “On the National Program for Personnel Training”, to train highly qualified specialists in the bachelor's programs “International Relations”, “Islamic Economics and Finance”, “Pilgrimage Tourism”, “World Economy and International Economic Relations”, “Informatics and Information Technologies”, “National Idea, Fundamentals of Spirituality and Legal Education” who meet the requirements of the time and are able to solve theoretical and practical tasks facing state and public organizations;

In order to facilitate the integration of education, science and production, and enhance the efficacy of education and upbringing, the faculty may engage in collaborative endeavours with enterprises, institutions and organisations, as well as foreign educational institutions, in accordance with agreements formalised in the prescribed manner.

The faculty carries out the process of training specialists separately from production (full-time). Taking into account the requirements of personnel consumers and the characteristics of the industry, new departments may be established within the faculty in order to increase the efficiency of the educational process.

The faculty unites departments related to the areas of undergraduate education included in its structure, as well as other departments that are close to the specialization of the faculty in terms of the content of its activities.

There are 4 departments operating at the faculty:

Department of “Islamic Economics and Finance, Pilgrimage Tourism”;
Department of “International Relations”;
Department of “Modern Information and Communication Technologies”;
Department of “Social Sciences and Law”.

The faculty operates in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education” and “On the National Program for Personnel Training”, as well as the Order “On the Faculty of a Higher Educational Institution” and the Regulation “On Departments of a Higher Educational Institution” (No. 159, May 30, 2008), approved by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The faculty is an educational, scientific and administrative unit of the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan.

Boy madaniyatlardan biri, barcha mutafakkirlarning xazinasi va Buyuk Ipak yo‘li meni o‘ziga jalb qilgan narsa. Men birinchi ta’limni Angliyada va Xitoyda olganman. For two years now, I have been a student at the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, and I speak about it with pride. After all, our academy brings together highly qualified teachers and professors who are pleased to share their knowledge and experience. When speaking about the conditions at the academy, many examples can be given: if you enjoy reading books, there is a library for you, as well as many specially arranged areas in the academy courtyard where you can feel comfortable and spend your time pleasantly. Are you interested in history? There are numerous rare historical manuscripts in Arabic, Persian, and Old Uzbek. If you are passionate about sports, a fully equipped gym is available to help you strengthen your health, along with indoor and outdoor basketball courts, a football hall, and an outdoor mini-football field at your disposal.

I came from Russia and am currently a second-year student at the Faculty of Islamic Studies at the Islamic Academy, majoring in Religious Studies. I am currently a second-year master’s student at the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, Department of Islamic Studies, specializing in Aqeedah, Kalam, and Doctrinal Studies. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the Islamic University “Faculty of Islamic Da’wah” in Tripoli, Libya, although there was a break of several years, my desire to pursue knowledge and continue my academic research never left me.

I, Ganieva Oksana, a first-year international student of the Faculty of Islamic Studies, consciously decided at the age of 49 to pursue my education at this academy. This choice was the result of my desire to study Islam from the perspective of scientific inquiry, universal human values, and historical objectivity. Studying at the academy provides a comprehensive and systematic understanding of Islam as a religious, cultural, and historical phenomenon. The educational process is based on a scholarly approach, respect for sources, and an academic culture of thinking. I especially value the high professionalism of the professors and the atmosphere of mutual respect and open dialogue. For me, studying here is not only about gaining knowledge, but also an important stage of personal and spiritual development.
