La création de l'Institut international des technologies et de l'ingénierie alimentaires en République d'Ouzbékistan constitue une étape importante dans le développement de l'industrie alimentaire dans la région. L'Institut répondra aux besoins des entrepreneurs de secteurs, industries, exportateurs, décideurs politiques, organisations et institutions gouvernementales spécifiques en Ouzbékistan.

L'Institut servira d'institut de premier plan qui consolidera et intégrera les ressources et l'expertise disponibles dans le domaine de la science, de la technologie et de l'ingénierie alimentaires, et fonctionnera également comme un fournisseur de solutions unique pour tous les problèmes de l'industrie alimentaire en République d'Ouzbékistan.

Facultés

Currently, the Faculty of Food Technology and Management includes departments of exact and natural sciences, food technology, and social economics.

Starting from the 2023-2024 academic year, the faculty offers the following bachelor's degrees:
1. Food technology (by type of product);

2. Metrology, standardization, and product quality management (by industry);

3. Economics: Food and resource economics;

4. A catering service for residents and tourists has been created, and currently students are studying full-time in the above educational areas. Currently, about twenty highly qualified professors and teachers work in the departments of the faculty.
