UrSU Vice-Rector Attends the Central Asia – European Union University Congress
At the "Central Asia – European Union" international congress in Samarkand, UrSU Vice-Rector H. Matyoqubov is discussing the expansion of academic mobility and joint educational programs.
Today, the "Central Asia – European Union University Congress" commenced in Samarkand, bringing together ministers, deputy ministers, and over 300 representatives from higher education institutions and international organizations from Central Asia and the EU.
Hikmat Matyoqubov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at Urgench State University, is actively participating in this prestigious event. The congress focuses on expanding international cooperation in higher education, implementing joint degree programs and scientific projects, and enhancing academic mobility and innovative approaches. The event hosts more than 80 representatives from 45 European universities and over 240 participants from Central Asian and Uzbek higher education institutions, serving as a major platform for strategic academic dialogue.
