International forum
Memorandums of cooperation were signed within the framework of the 1st international forum of rectors of higher education institutions of Uzbekistan-Kyrgyzstan
On October 3-4 this year, the first international forum of rectors of Uzbekistan-Kyrgyz higher education institutions on the topic "Integration, cooperation and innovations in the higher education system" was held at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University in Osh, Kyrgyzstan.
At the forum, opportunities for further development of cooperation between universities of the two countries, exchange of experience, implementation of joint scientific projects were considered, and the transformation of higher education was discussed.
About 70 rectors of higher educational institutions and representatives of other large educational organizations from the two countries took part in the event.
A.A. Gulamov, vice-rector for educational affairs of the university, participated in the forum as a representative of Tashkent State Transport University. Within the framework of the forum, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with Tashkent State Transport University, Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after B. Siddikov and Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzokov.
