Bukhara hosted an international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the pressing problems of oncology

Yesterday, an international scientific practical conference was launched at the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina, attended by visiting scientists from prestigious institutions of the world in the field of oncology, as well as specialists from leading higher education institutions of our country.

The conference was attended by experienced and young scientists from the countries of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Central Asia, as well as Korea, Mongolia, Turkey and Russia, Austria in various directions of the industry. At the conference oncological diseasesthe possibilities of extensive use of modern methods of combating diseases were analyzed and scientists exchanged experience.

The conference listened to lectures on such topics as “modern state of diagnosis and treatment of tumors of the hepatopancreato-duodenal sphere in Uzbekistan”, “esophageal cancer: multidisciplinary approach to treatment”, “immunogystochemical diagnosis of oncological diseases”, “gastrointestinal tract lymphomas”.

Within the framework of the event, the conference “young oncologists” was organized, which was attended by young doctors working in this area in different regions of the country with their lectures.

At the International Conference, important topics devoted to the field of Oncology were discussed in sections at the meetings. In IT, experts have provided information on significant achievements in the treatment, prevention of diseases in this direction in recent years.

Experts also exchanged views on modern diagnostics, surgical-oncology, personalized therapy in oncology.

Within the framework of the conference, a memorandum of cooperation was also signed between the Department of Oncology of Sechenov Moscow State Medical University and the Bukhara dalat Medical Institute.
