One of the most amazing dishes here is lamb cooked with cumin - tandoori meat prepared according to recipes that have come down to us since ancient times. The sheep and lambs used to make tandoori kebabs eat more than 100 types of herbs and drink water from river beds and springs from early morning until sunset. They also move 10-15 km every day and graze, so tandoori meat prepared from them is incomparably tasty. In addition, when preparing tandoori kebab, more attention is paid to naturalness. Without any modern flavorings and additives, cabbage, mayonnaise, only mountain juniper and cumin are used.
