Youth demonstrated a firm stance against drugs.

The Republican contest “Youth – Against Drugs” held in Termez city was organized at a high level and successfully concluded.

At the republican stage of the contest, 30 teams from higher education institutions across different regions of the country participated, competing in four tasks. Participants demonstrated their creative potential, talent, and active civic position.

According to the results, winners and prize holders were awarded valuable gifts and cash prizes sponsored by Termez University of Economics and Service.

1st place — “Turun” team of Termez University of Economics and Service (200 million UZS).
2nd place — “Nur” team of Nukus State Pedagogical Institute (150 million UZS).
3rd place — “Umid” team of Bukhara State University and “Iqtisodchilar” team of Tashkent State University of Economics (100 million UZS each).

In addition, participants were awarded in nominations such as “Best Essay”, “Best Drawing”, “Best Video”, “Best Female Role”, and “Best Male Role”. All teams received certificates of appreciation and book sets.

The contest contributed to promoting a healthy lifestyle among youth, strengthening the culture of fighting drug addiction, and increasing youth social engagement.
