Youth Day: Startups, Ideas, and Open Dialogue
At Kokand State University, Youth Day is gradually turning not just into an ordinary day, but into a celebration of great opportunities. Within the framework of Youth Day, the first point of interaction between the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Oktam Salomov and the students was an innovation exhibition that brought together the creative ideas of young scientists and students. Start-up projects were presented here, ranging from simple student works to complex engineering solutions.
The Deputy Minister carefully examined each invention and emphasized that scientific research should not remain only on paper, but must be implemented in real practice and introduced into production processes.
He also noted the importance of further developing these innovations, transforming them into startup projects, and strengthening cooperation with manufacturing enterprises.
After the exhibition, the dialogue hall turned into a platform for lively discussions. The meeting was held in a sincere and open atmosphere, completely free from formalities, reflecting openness and mutual understanding.
Student employment, new reforms in science, the financing of innovative projects, and ensuring student employment became the most actively discussed topics of the meeting. Sharing his life experience, the Deputy Minister encouraged students not to limit themselves only to acquiring knowledge, but also to think creatively.
Most importantly, students had the opportunity to directly convey their concerns and present new projects to the leadership. The detailed answers given to every question further strengthened young people's confidence in the future.
Indeed, at a time when the doors of opportunity are wide open, such lively dialogues become an important step toward new achievements.
