Visit to Nepal
Delegation of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University in Nepal!
The JDPU delegation, consisting of the rector of the Jizzakh State Pedagogical University Sh. Sharipov, associate professor of the Department of Theory and Practice of the English Language Boriyeva Nargiza, teacher of the Department of Music Education Abilov Muslim, masters of the Department of Music Education Mahkamova Marjona and Ilkhomov Azamat, arrived in Delhi, India on 17.03.2025. During the trip (March 17-23), they visited the cities of Delhi, India, and Kathmandu, Nepal. On the first day of the trip (March 17), the delegation members visited the National Heart Institute in New Delhi, India. The delegation was welcomed by the staff, led by the Director of International Relations of the National Heart Institute, Dr. Anand Kumar. During the meeting, they were closely acquainted with the opportunities and conditions created in the field of education at our university, innovations and achievements in the field of medicine, and projects planned for implementation, and they were actively discussed. At the end of the visit, the opportunities at the university were highly appreciated, the issues of mutually beneficial cooperation and expansion of relations were widely considered, and a memorandum was signed between the National Heart Institute and JDPU. During the day, a visit was also made to the Maverick medical simulation organization. During the visit, information was provided about the opportunities and conditions created for studying in Uzbekistan.
During the trip, a visit was made to the Entab organization located in New Delhi, India, and the scientific potential and capabilities of both parties were studied. In the future, mutually beneficial agreements are expected to be concluded between the Entab organization and JDPU. On March 18, the university delegation, together with DR. Anand Kumar, Director of International Relations at the National Heart Institute, visited Amrita School of Medicine Faridabad, one of the largest medical institutions in India, located in Delhi. During the visit, the hosts were extensively introduced to the university's capabilities and discussed the establishment of future cooperation, exchange of experience and projects.
The delegation led by the rector of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, Professor Sh. Sharipov, visited Kathmandu, Nepal on March 20 of this year. The university delegation was met by Professor Dr. Uddhab Pyakurel, Director of International Relations of Kathmandu University. The purpose of the visit was to widely promote the content and essence of the 43rd session of UNESCO, which is planned to be held in Uzbekistan this year, Uzbek culture and art in Nepal, and to establish cooperation relations with Kathmandu University. A number of works were carried out to implement this task. In particular, the opportunities created not only at JDPU but also in Uzbekistan for obtaining education and improving qualifications were widely introduced, and an agreement was reached between JDPU and Kathmandu University, which provided for the exchange of students and teachers, as well as long-term cooperation.
On March 21 of this year, a national exhibition related to Uzbek culture was organized by the delegation of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University at Kathmandu University.
Employees, students and teachers who expressed interest in the exhibition received information about the reforms implemented in our country in recent years, important changes covering various spheres of life. During the exhibition, a table was set for the participants and an Uzbek national corner was organized. Along with eating Uzbek national dishes, the participants were introduced to the wide opportunities created for tourism in Uzbekistan, tourists and those interested in learning. The exhibition participants enjoyed the Uzbek national songs performed by the delegation, and at the end of the exhibition, the participants were presented with souvenirs reminiscent of Uzbek nationality.
