Track and field competitions have started within the framework of the “Five Initiatives Olympiad.
Today, at Kokand State University, track and field competitions within the framework of the “Five Initiatives Olympiad” have begun. This sports festival, taking place at the “Yoshlik” stadium, has become for students not only a test of strength and agility but also a field of friendship and healthy competition.
These competitions are being organized within the framework of the President’s Five Important Initiatives to encourage youth participation in sports, promote a healthy lifestyle, and strengthen their willpower and leadership skills.
Four teams from each faculty of the university are taking part in the competitions. Each team is competing in a 400-meter relay race. Both male and female teams are testing their speed and agility in the contests.
The first day of the competition was filled with excitement and memorable moments. A true sporting atmosphere could be felt at the stadium among students, coaches, and spectators. Every performance became a test for the participants and a matter of pride for their faculties.
According to the organizers, the winning and prize-winning teams will be awarded tickets to the regional stage, diplomas, and commemorative gifts. This adds extra motivation and enthusiasm to the competition.
The competitions will continue until October 31.
