The Winners Were Duly Awarded
On December 29, 2025, the winners of the “Ofatijon Lazgi” competition were awarded. Among them were students of the Urgench branch, Makpal Jumabayeva and Laylo Amanova.
On December 29, 2025, the award ceremony for the winners of the regional dance review-competition “Ofatijon lazgi” was held. The team of the Urgench branch of the State Academy of Choreography of Uzbekistan took an active part in this prestigious event under the leadership of the branch director, Maxsudjon Kuchkarov.
It is gratifying that among the winners of the competition were talented students of our academy’s Urgench branch — Maqpal Jumabayeva and Laylo Amanova. Their achievements are a clear result of the effective efforts being made to develop our national dance art, particularly the Lazgi dance.
