The Vice-Rector Visited Rental Apartments

At Kokand State University, consistent practical efforts are being carried out to improve students’ living conditions, address their social issues in a timely manner, and ensure their daily comfort alongside their education. Today, the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work, Ahmadjon Husanov, Chairperson of the Women’s Advisory Council Barnokhon Hasanova, Women’s Affairs Inspector Zulhumor Hayitova, and a group of tutors visited the homes of students living in rented apartments within local neighborhoods.

During the visit, the team assessed the readiness of the apartments for the autumn-winter season, the condition of heating systems, hygiene standards, fire safety compliance, and the available living conveniences. In addition, certain shortcomings were identified on-site, and relevant recommendations were provided to homeowners and responsible parties for their elimination.

During the conversation, issues such as students’ learning processes, meaningful use of their free time, and participation in social activities were discussed. Their opinions and suggestions were heard, and necessary support measures were determined.

These visits aim to strengthen students’ social protection, maintain continuous attention to their well-being, and foster an atmosphere of mutual trust and cooperation between the university and its students.
