The “Khan Atlas” Month — Inspiring Performances and the Resonance of National Values
At the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of Kokand State University, within the framework of the “Khan Atlas” Month, a spiritual and educational event entitled “National Dress – National Pride” was held. The event was attended by faculty members, students of the faculty, and guests. The main purpose of the event was to educate young people in the spirit of national values, to shape their aesthetic outlook, and to promote the historical and spiritual significance of our national dress.
During the event, the ancient traditions of the Uzbek people, the unique beauty of national dress, and the spiritual wealth and cultural heritage embodied in it were highlighted. Faculty students performed in various national outfits, presenting an impressive demonstration of the distinctiveness of national clothing and its place in people’s lives.
At the end of the event, the importance of preserving national values, passing them on to future generations, and strengthening young people’s sense of national pride and dignity was emphasized. It was noted that such spiritual and educational initiatives serve not only as a source of aesthetic education for university students but also as a means of fostering an understanding and appreciation of national identity.
